PW Property Investments was registered as a UK LTD company in February 2019. The company has an established network of experienced local property teams throughout the Northern powerhouse region including sourcing agents, managing agents and fellow investors to source qualified property.
Considerable time has also been spent on securing UK finance brokers, mortgage advisors and legal advisors to support in the acquisition of income generating assets by ensuring all necessary due diligence is completed on every purchase.
After successful completion of the first HMO property purchase in March 2019 the business is now looking to align with investors to further expand portfolio with a 3 stage / 3 year strategy approach.
Business is forecasted to invest in 20 properties with total asset value of £3.4M over 3 years with investor capital returned on the 4th year anniversary of investment.
